What's the difference between RMLS and WVMLS?
RMLS and WVMLS are the two Multiple Listing Services covering the areas we serve. They are the source for all listings and agent lockbox access. RMLS covers the Portland metro and most of Oregon. WVMLS radiates out of Salem, covering the Willamette Valley. Some areas overlap, so it’s important that your agent is a member of both — ensuring your listing reaches the maximum number of buyers, and that you can get into any home you want to see.
