Sometimes it is simple things like fresh paint and fixtures that make a room pop.  Staging makes a house feel like a home.  Buyers begin to imagine and dream how their lives would would unfold in the space.

We were handed the keys to this four bedroom home the day after the owner moved into memory care with a couple of suitcases.  The first part of the project was coordinating with donation and recyling centers to remove all the personal property family members did not want.

Once the personal property was removed, the whole house was painted and staged.  The result was multiple offers and a quick closing

80’s music is still cool.  80’s fixtures… not so much.  The market feedback said the home was beautiful but dated and buyers were not willing to take the project on themselves.  The sellers took the home off the market and we managed the transformation so the new buyers could simply move in and unpack.  This million dollar home had over $100,000 of updates to get this home sold.
