Nic83 days agoNicole and Jenny at LoveJoy were incredible Realtors to work with buying our first home! They were crucial key people to why we found the home we really wanted. Nicole worked so well with us as we naturally figured out what we wanted and did not want in a home, and she was the lead on homes and negotiating for us throughout the area we wanted to find a home. We had a lot happen personally during this time that temporarily paused our home buying timeline, and they were so gracious and helpful and rooting for us until we resumed the process, and quickly found exactly where we were meant to be. Now we are HOME! Nicole and Jenny were easy to work with and super professional and enjoyable to go through our home buying experience. Finding a home that met our needs was especially challenging because we have animals and many HOA communities have strict restrictions that limited our options. Patrick remained determined and went the extra mile to reach out to listing agents and read through the CC&Rs before even recommending the properties to us to ensure the best experience. As first time homebuyers relocating from out of state, the process could have been really stressful, but Sami made everything feel so much easier. She was responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely supportive every step of the way. She has the ability to make you feel like her only client, and she showed up for me every single time. She got me into every place I wanted to see, educated me throughout the process, and was a strategist when it came to making offers. I learned so much just by being around her.
