Charles Turner


Charles brings a wealth of knowledge to this team as demonstrated by the over 1000 posts written for our industry-respected blog, PortlandRealEstateBlog.com. In addition, he brings to the position an MBA from the Atkinson Graduate School of Management at Willamette University and an undergraduate degree from Lewis & Clark College. His certifications include completion of NAR’s e-PRO and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designations. He also serves as a Tom Ferry Coach. Like his wife and business partner, Jenny, Charles has a great love for his community and serves it as a member of the Ambassador Board for the Oregon Chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation. In addition to a love of family, community, and real estate, Charles also enjoys sailing and cycling.

Jenny holds an MBA from Portland State University as well as an undergraduate degree from Lewis & Clark College. Carla Chan


Carla has been with the team for a long time. She says that working with Lovejoy has been a significant marker in her life and is eternally thankful for the growth and opportunities it has afforded her. From virtual assistant to now Operations Manager, she is proof of the abilities for advancement within the company. She aims to support the whole team in whatever capacity she can - whether that’s through transaction management, building systems to improve the processes, office tasks or even just lending an ear to team members who need someone to listen to their wins and challenges. When not working she enjoys hikes, dancing and spending time with family exploring Oregon.

Chandler Schur


After growing up in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains of South-Central Pennsylvania, Chandler graduated with a degree in International Business from Hawaii Pacific University. In Hawaii he met his wife Abby, and they relocated to Oregon, where she is from. Chandler discovered his passion for fostering connections, nurturing relationships, and supporting others in achieving their aspirations after experiencing life in a diverse community during his undergraduate studies. He found that real estate provides the ideal path for him to achieve these goals. In Chandler’s free time he enjoys attending Portland Timbers Games, enjoying all that Lake Oswego has to offer, and spending family time with his wife and two puppies, LuLu & Gatsby.

Cristian Penado


Originally from California, Cristian moved to Portland in 2017. While he grew accustomed to our rainy weather, he also fell in love with the outdoors and enjoys nature. At home he’s married and has 2 energetic dogs who love also love camping. At work, he’s our very own open-minded and tech savvy marketer, who’s always eager to learn new things. Daniel Brooks


Born and raised in Birmingham, England, Daniel started his real estate career when moving to Portland in 2014. As Sales Manager at Lovejoy, Daniel is passionate about helping the team provide the best service possible to our clients while encouraging a fun and productive work environment. Daniel is also an active Realtor and loves helping people find their place to call home! In his free time, Daniel enjoys spending time at our fabulous local dog parks with his border collie/lab, Chester, and exploring all the Portland's excellent restaurants.

Jason Webb


Jason started in Real Estate since 2003 as an Admin at an office in Gresham. 7 years later he transferred to a larger Real Estate Company where he got his Real Estate License. He worked as an Assistant to a Broker at that Company. Jason then went out on his own, for a few years, and decided that was not right path for him. He is very excited to join Lovejoy Real Estate as the Executive Assistant. He is looking forward to utilizing all my skills and knowledge, that he has gained along the way, to assist the Principal Broker and Brokers.

Jeremy Johansen


Jeremy was born and raised in Portland and finds joy in calling this city home. Being native to Portland and the surrounding areas, Jeremy wants every buyer to experience that same level of comfort and joy that he experienced growing up, wherever they buy. One of the big reasons He got into real estate was that he was drawn to a career that focused not only on the detail side of things but also on the relational side. Jeremy is a go-getter and will go the extra mile to make sure your buying and selling experience is the best it can be. From a young age, he has had a passion for houses and architecture and would love to help you make your housing dreams come true. Jeremy has a passion for coffee, having worked as a barista for 5 years, and is open to sharing that knowledge with anyone interested. When not busy with real estate and coffee, he is out and about doing anything that has to do with the sun; swimming, kayaking, golfing, visiting new restaurants, and hanging out with friends and family.
