Carla has been with the team for a long time. She says that working with Lovejoy has been a significant marker in her life and is eternally thankful for the growth and opportunities it has afforded her. From virtual assistant to now Operations Manager, she is proof of the abilities for advancement within the company. She aims to support the whole team in whatever capacity she can – whether that’s through transaction management, building systems to improve the processes, office tasks or even just lending an ear to team members who need someone to listen to their wins and challenges. When not working she enjoys hikes, dancing and spending time with family exploring Oregon.
