Leslie Keller

Proficient in English and Spanish

Excellent agent. Prepared. Knowledgeable. A shrewd negotiator. She understands the funding levers and terms that can be used to land the house you want and then stays actively engaged in the process, explaining confusing terms, tracking deadlines, and making sure that you have all the information you need. That’s Leslie’s favorite client review of the past, and indicative of why she loves this industry. Being born in NW Mexico, and spending her early years there, taught her the meaning of hard work. A few years in California, on to setting roots in Oregon for the past decade, while finishing two years of college, then shifting focus to working at the local library, was the culmination of the lifelong lessons she’s garnered. I appreciate my origin story, but I found myself longing for a career that lit my brain on fire and would synthesize all the skills I’ve nurtured. What could I do with knowledge from AP Bio? From working the fields? Years couriering in the gig economy? From pet-sitting? Owning a successful, small cleaning business? Being bilingual? Thus came the pursuit of real estate. Into her fourth year, Leslie has closed a respectable $13 million+ in sales, mostly working part-time. When Daniel Brooks at Lovejoy Real Estate came scouting, it took a single meeting for Leslie to know this was the team where she would evolve and harmonize her skill set. Aside from work, she is always with her fantastic husband and two brilliant stepdaughters. An avid reader, writer, and tea drinker, she can be found haunting bookstores and restaurants. She also has a heart for nature and community involvement and enjoys gardening and volunteering.

Maria Schultz

Born and raised in St. Louis Missouri, Maria moved to Portland in 1996 and vowed never to leave. She holds a BA in Business Management from UoP. The decision to move into real estate intensified when she started buying investment properties in 2014. With her love of interior design, renovations and remodeling, she carries the same drive and commitment to the home buying and selling process with her clients. Making connections, listening to the needs and wants of a client and weighing those expectations to the home search is one of her best attributes. She will walk a client through every step of the buying and/or selling process in a way that puts them at ease and helps lessen the stress of such. Relationships are very important to her and she will always go the extra mile to do whatever is needed. When Maria is not helping her clients, she is with family, her dogs, traveling, gardening, doing renovation projects, and checking out the local restaurants. As an avid sports fan, the St. Louis Cardinals being her MLB team, she is a 7-year season ticket holder with the Hillsboro Hops Baseball.

Melissa helped us from out of state to buy our new home. She went through the home and personally videotaped each room, nook and cranny until I could fly there and see it in person. She was so sweet and patient, not to mention that she joyfully took part in my “sparkly heart” rating system when showing us different homes. She really listened to what we wanted and also helped us line up services like carpet cleaners so that our move in day was seamless. She also got us a lovely, personalized congratulatory gift. The best experience! I would recommend her to anyone. — i am Peggoose
When I think of buying a home, it’s all about finding something that my family and I can live in forever! Melissa cares about what we want, no matter what the cost is or how many homes she shows us. She doesn’t try and push us into a house we can’t afford, or are just “fine” with. Melissa cares about one thing, our happiness. We are so blessed to have found her and recommend her to everyone we know! Thanks for being YOU! — Amanda Alston
Melissa was an absolute blast to work with!! She listened to any and all of our concerns, explained everything thoroughly and answered every question we had throughout the process. We felt very protected with her and felt as though she really dug deep to get any extra info we wanted on properties. She is highly intelligent and just so much fun!! We really enjoyed our viewings with her, we loved Sammie as our loan gal as well!! The whole team created an amazing experience. Home buying can be overwhelming, but we felt protected and carried throughout the whole process, and ended up in a dream home! Thank you so much Melissa and Sammie for helping us find and secure our new life! We are forever grateful! — Shannon
I recommend Melissa to all my friends. She is responsive, intuitive, and does her homework. I’ve completed 3 successful transactions with her and I’m sure there will be more. She truly cares about what you want and she’ll make it happen! No one knows the Portland metro market like her. — julie

Mikayla was great to work with throughout my first home purchase. She is knowledgeable and professional. Mikayla worked quickly and was able to find me a home in just a couple of weeks (I had a narrow timeframe). I would definitely work with her again. — Stephanie Milbrodt
Mikayla was so warm and encouraging from the first time we spoke, and did a fantastic job feeling out what type of space I was looking for. She provided regular communication, checking in on how I was feeling throughout the home search, and sharing listings as soon as she found them. When we found a home I was interested in, she helped facilitate a visit right away, and helped me get to and from the showing during my lunch break. Nicole Rodriguez

I'm an Oregon native, and I deeply understand how much we Oregonians value our neighborhoods and community. Having relocated with my husband and sons several times, I'm intimately familiar with both the joy and pain of moving. My personal experiences, coupled with my devotion to my field, distinguish me as an agent who truly connects with both buyers and sellers. Whether you're looking to buy your first or fifth home, I understand your unique needs. I'm passionate about design and function, with a keen eye for staging, and I can help you prepare your home for the market while also saving you money. One of my key strengths is helping clients understand the market. The Willamette Valley is not only my home but also a place I love to help my clients find their next home in! I also serve on the Board of Directors for the Miss Marion-Polk County Scholarship Program. Zillow Reviews
Nicole is very communicative, knowledgeable and personal! Further, she is honest, forthright and was an invaluable asset during my 21 day close. Highly recommend! — ashleyj32
Nicole Rodriguez is the best real estate professional I could have hoped for. Her professionalism and knowledge helped us get through first-time buying with no stress -- only excitement for our new adventure. I recommend her without reservation. As a first-time buyer, I had a million questions, fears, and insecurities -- there was so much I didn't know -- and she gave clear, calm, factual information. Her responses were rapid, and she was a great communicator. She made practical recommendations about house inspection, knew the area thoroughly, and advised us without pressure. She was patient with us, let us take our time, but never made us wait on her. She advocated for us fairly, and made sure we got everything we wanted. Other buyers might not be as lucky as we were, but you can believe Nicole will do a great job for you. — ladiesbane
Nicole was with us every step of the way. This was our first time buying an investment property and we were looking at properties in a completely different part of the state than where we live. Nicole did a bunch of research on the vacation rental rules and regulations and showed us a large variety of properties. She really helped us see all the possibilities of potential income producing properties. She was very quick to respond and also helped us remain calm whenever we started to feel a little overwhelmed. — blaine barklow

It's been a couple years ago to start. We live in California and wanted a small place in the Portland area to move by family. Well my husband and I called on a condo and got Ray on the phone. Immediately, quicker than Sonic Hedgehog, Ray was on top of looking for places for us. Well our personal picture changed and we had to put off looking, but Ray would still check in with us periodically. And, finally this year we were ready to purchase a home now. We came up to the Beaverton area where we wanted to locate and Ray showed us umpteen homes that all were descriptive of what we were looking for. We put in a couple offers and bingo. Ray held our hand through the entire process, and he came on board with the financing and a broker for home insurance. The Trifecta that we needed! Ray is more than a 5 star rating, he has become a personal friend indeed. You will be lucky to have him be your next realtor by far! — Jack & Cathy Sokoloski
I came to Portland not familiar with the neighborhoods. In a very hot market, Ray helped me maintain my equilibrium as we searched and FOUND my perfect home. I needed a great deal of moral support. He was both patient and supportive. — barbaravorlop8
This transaction was a very bumpy ride indeed. My purchase of my new home depended on the sale of another home I had. There were some real issues with my buyer possibly not being able to get the loan and we were coming right upon the closing date. I was on pins and needles, but Ray was Mr. Cool! The deal was closed and all the monies were transferred after the first bump in the road. It was a big nail-biting bump though and Ray rode it out like a pro. I really enjoyed doing business with Ray. He's sharp, smooth, efficient and a nice guy to boot. I would use him as an agent again in a hot second. — user366687
